In 2021, Lamar Advertising donated an estimated $116,000 in digital billboards that ran in 21 markets across the United States. It allowed us to raise awareness in high-traffic, low-income communities (e.g., Baton Rouge, Tulsa, Indianapolis, Raleigh) and connect thousands of individuals with mental health resources. Our campaign netted more than 50k impressions and saw a 200% increase in weekly inquiries. Humans Love Love Foundation is grateful to have the support of Lamar Advertising in our mission to address the mental health needs of underserved communities.

I was struggling with my mental health, a lot of family-wise things were coming up, and I didn’t have the proper support to navigate it. Therapy really helped me unpack what was going on in the moment and was able to provide me the tools to find stability. It has given me tools to better communicate and form secure relationships, or begin to at least. The grant was a huge help, I didn’t have insurance, and it lifted the financial burden.
