Alton Grey Zheng

Executive Director

Alton graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Media Law and Policy. He is a proud National Council of Mental Wellbeing member and an accredited small business consultant. In addition to serving as the executive director of Humans Love Love, Alton is a talent agent with VCTMG in Los Angeles, representing a wide range of creative professionals, including artists, models, and athletes. Understanding how media and entertainment can have a powerful influence on public awareness and perception, he is continuously working to lift the stigma and spotlight the critical need for accurate representations of different mental health challenges across media and entertainment. In his spare time, Alton enjoys playing baseball and musical instruments.

Alice Zhang

Treasurer

Alice graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.S. in Statistics and Data Science. She is eager to pursue a career in data analytics and help individuals and firms make strategic, data-driven decisions. Alice seeks to utilize her technical skills to support a cause she is passionate about, namely mental health and well-being. In her free time, Alice enjoys coding, journaling, and trying out new cafes.

Chandler Barrett

Secretary

Chandler graduated with a B.A. in both Biology and Political Science. Most of her professional work revolves around bioengineering research, but she joined Humans Love Love due to her passion for equity and mental well-being. In her spare time, she enjoys playing video games with her friends and teaching her cat new tricks.

Favorite quote: “The same hot water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It’s about what you’re made of, not the circumstances.”

Josh Gonzalez

Josh graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and received a B.S. in Political Economics. He plans to attend law school, where he will study Criminal Justice or Corporate. Josh’s interest in mental health was influenced by his studies in political economy. He learned that poor economic conditions lead to poor mental health outcomes and stressful situations. In his spare time, Josh enjoys running political polls and going to concerts with friends.

Brandon Peav

Brandon graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in South and Southeast Asian Studies and is a rising 3L student at UC Hastings College of the Law. Brandon enjoys various activities in his free time, such as singing, dancing, gaming, martial arts, bouldering, parkour, and Ninja Warrior.
